Nestled in the heart of the Latin Quarter, at 20 meters from Jussieu subway station, just moments from the Panthéon, Notre-Dame and the Jardin des Plantes, this renovated studio offers a quiet Parisian retreat in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods. A few minutes away, Place de la Contrescarpe brings its cafés, restaurants and lively village atmosphere.
The studio overlooks a calm inner courtyard and is designed as a peaceful cocoon in the middle of Paris. It features a high-quality 140 x 190 cm bed on a mezzanine, premium bedding, an electric shutter for complete darkness, a comfortable two-seater sofa, a connected TV and a small Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is equipped for a simple and pleasant stay: Nespresso machine with espresso and decaf capsules, tea, kettle, teapot, toaster, microwave and induction hob. You will also find a few drinks waiting for you in the fridge, along with small welcome treats.
The studio includes an elegant bathroom with quality soaps and shampoos, a heated towel rail and a full set of towels provided for each guest.
The apartment is located on the first floor, without an elevator. Whenever possible, we welcome guests in person. If we are not available at your arrival time, the keys will be waiting in secure lockboxes. Clear instructions will be sent before your stay so you can access the apartment easily and safely.
We are available on a direct line throughout your stay. We live, quite literally, in the same building, and will be happy to help with anything you may need so that you enjoy the best possible Paris experience.
